​Steady State

Here are the results from 301 participants who completed two minutes of steady state eye-open and two minutes of steady state eyes-closed data recording using PEER Raw Data Recorder. The posterior alpha prominence is very clear and the eye-closed alpha increase is obvious.

​PEER Reward Gambling Task (aka, the Doors Task)

Here are the results from 128 participants who completed the reward gambling task (160 trials, 50% win probability) using PEER and the Xon. The presented results are from channel Cz. A clear reward positivity (feedback-related negativity) is visible between 200 and 300 ms.

​PEER nBack Task

​Here are the results from 50 participants who completed the nBack task (1 back, 3 back; 120 trials of each, 20% target probability) using PEER and the Xon. The presented results are from channels F3 and F4 and are pooled. As predicted, more frontal theta EEG power was observed in the 3 back as opposed to 1 back nBack condition.

Here are the results from 30 participants who completed the audio go-nogo task (200 trials, 25% nogo probability) using PEER and the Xon. The presented results are from channel Cz. The enhanced N200 and P300 on nogo trials are clearly visible.

Image Presenter

Here are the results from 30 participants who completed the image presenter task (200 trials, 100 trials of negative emotional images and 100 trials of positive emotional images) using PEER and the Xon. The presented results are from channel P3. There is a clear difference in the frequency spectra between the two image categories.

Posner Cueing Task

Here are the results from 30 participants who completed the Posner cueing task (400 trials, 80% valid cues) using PEER and the Xon. The presented results are from channels P3 and P4. The attentional enhancement for valid cues is clearly visible and lateralized as expected.
